Rental Period
All rentals are based on a 24-hour period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Items must be returned in their original packaging to avoid handling fees.
- Standard pickup is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Late returns will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the daily rental rate per day.
- Extension of rental periods must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and inventory. The remaining balance is due no later than 1 days prior to the event date.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or corporate check. A 3,5% processing fee applies to all card transactions.
Damage & Loss
The client assumes full responsibility for all items from the time of delivery/pickup until return. In the event of loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, the client will be charged the full replacement value of the item
PROHIBITED
Direct exposure to rain, open flames near textiles, and permanent adhesives on any surface.
RECOMMENDED
Ensure a covered area for outdoor events and use only Lumi-approved mounting hardware.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
4 to 15 days prior to arrival:
50% of the total invoice (deposit) will be credited towards a future rental (within the next 5 months).
Less than 3 days prior to arrival:
Forfeiture of the entire invoice paid (deposit and/or full reservation payment).
